Brunch with ChoyTeng and HuaiQing at Hailam today.

this is the first time HuaiQing drive to my house!

ChoyTeng need to rush to LRT station,

so HuaiQing and me 2nd round! Tea at Mon Boulangerie & Kitchen.

I have no mood to shopping because I really wash big big jo :(

so rather tea and chit chat~
